If you are not satisfied with your Pro Report for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase at secondlookframework@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email secondlookframework@gmail.com with:
- The email address used to purchase
- The property address analyzed
- Your reason (optional — but we'd love to know how to improve)
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Outside the 7-Day Window
Refund requests outside the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
