SecondLook is a decision-support tool that analyzes home inspection reports and property data to help first-time buyers understand risk before committing to a purchase.
What SecondLook Is Not
SecondLook does not replace professional home inspection, legal review, structural engineering assessment, or financial advice. All scores and reports are generated by AI analysis and are intended to support — not replace — professional judgment.
SecondLook does not guarantee the accuracy of any score, assessment, or recommendation. Always consult qualified professionals before making any real estate decision.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter
- You must not upload inspection reports you do not have the right to share
- You must not use SecondLook for any unlawful purpose
Payments
Pro Report unlocks are processed by Stripe. All payments are final subject to our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
SecondLook shall not be liable for any financial loss, property damage, or other harm arising from reliance on scores or reports generated by the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
